Moonflower Musings is the herbalism blog of Sarah Baldwin, an Indiana-based writer and herbal adventurer (see bio below). With a deep love of nature and the green world, Sarah's interests in herbalism are both practical and spiritual. She views herbalism as not just a clinical practice, but a spiritual one. It's a way of life.
This blog is grounded in the physical uses of plant medicine, including recipes, remedies, growing tips, and applications of the herbal world. We also delve into the subtle energies of plants and talk about their particular personalities and archetypes. Sarah's interests in shamanism and plant spirit healing inform these discussions. She believes that both aspects of herbalism--physical and spiritual--can be united for truly holistic healing.
Sarah is taking a break from blogging at the moment and preparing for a complete online makeover. Stay tuned! In the meantime, you can connect with her on Instagram.
